If you've got experience it wouldn't really add anything, that would be assumed. And the space it takes could better used. People naturally skim and scan on the first look at resume and they'll just pass over the standard objectives/goals anyway.
No, you don’t need objective or goals. I mean the very fact that you’re applying for a job shows that you’re objective or goal is to get said job so why waste space or time with an official objective?
I wouldnt, especially with that much experience
I see many resume experts talking about a summary section at the top with high level overview - total years of experience, industries, etc. Objectives and goals have gone by the wayside.
