Hi all, I joined as a traine in devops engineer 1 yr back. My LPA was 1.2. after 1 yr Now I have a LPA of 3.2.
I have no developer background. I joined just after college at that time. Now I have experience with major devops Technologies. even after 1 year of devops I am still confused if I should follow this way or learn development like my classmates who earnings more than my current LPA in their first year. Please share if you have any suggestions.

Looking for advice on where to head next. Now I'm mostly working with Azure Databricks, SQL, and a little bit of Ansible CI/CD.
After 12 months I can influence where my next role is and I'm wondering what is the best career direction.
The next role can include

APIs,
React,
DevOps / Ansible,
Or more Azure Synapse & Databricks
Which of these languages / technologies is good for my future in tech? Or does it matter?

Yoe 8..Recently trying to switch..Got interview cleared for 3 companies along with hr round... Deutsche bank did not release offer letter, it's been 1 month... Other two companies cleared 1 week earlier they also not released(cts and one prod company) I want to to resign within this month but none of them gave offer letter yet. Although document submission has been done from my side earlier... Is it safe to resign or keep giving interview??Anyone suggest what should I do

Is this a red flag… I am at my current boutique firm job and had a recruiter reach out to me asking me if I’d interview with a large firm they said was interested. I accepted the job and start next week. Before I signed the offer letter, we had a follow up call with HR. I was told there are special bonuses for hitting specific billables but they wouldn’t give me details until I signed the offer letter. Then after signing they said I’d get them soon as she was busy. Now it’s not till my first day
