As a manager, what level role would you take at different types of firms ? Just got a director offer at a $200-300M PE portfolio company, but feel like that’s not senior enough.

What’s the typical TC for an AD role in BD / corporate strategy at small-mid sized biotechs? What’s the typical equity component?

I Appeared for an interview for RPA - Automation Anywhere. I didn't got any response after the interview. Then when I reached hiring manager through LinkedIn I got to know I cleared all the rounds but my expected cts is high so they might have rejected. First thing is I never said what I am expecting . And I clearly told In managerial round that I am open for salary discussion.

But no one responded. Will I get the call back in time? Or I just leave it and go ahead with other companies?

Is anyone hiring CWs / senior CWs right now? Or everyone frozen until January?

I have accepted a mid size company 6 months contract staff accountant role. However, I will have interviews with couple of large companies by the same week of my start date. My question is, if I’m lucky enough to get the offer, is it bad to leave the contract after a couple of months? I don’t see any legal restrictions.
