I've worked in Reinsurance as a Client Accountant for 4 years with no prior experience. I feel stagnated at my current position and would like to find other opportunities. I don't have a long history of being in the industry and a lot of the knowledge I've gained, I feel is specific to my company. I search a job using my current title, nothing in the description seems to be similar. Should I stick with reinsurance or try to get into Insurance and if so, what job is similar to Client Accountant?

Hi guys currently I'm working in a project with very stringent timelines. Sometimes we need to put more than 13-14 hrs each day. There are 4 members in my team. Two are involved in database prt and me and my lead are involved in the front end and middle layer prt. Somehow my lead is not at all pleased with my work.
