what’s the ratio of equity/stocks to bond/fixed income in your Merrill lynch 401k plan?Do you make any modifications or just use recommended distribution? First job with 401k and not sure what to do!

At a biglaw firm now, in the final round for a FAANG product counsel role. I just learned that one of the partners at the firm is involved in a big case adverse to the company I’m interviewing at. I have not worked on the case. Do companies run conflicts checks, do ethical walls, etc.? Could this be a problem if I get an offer?

I am aiming to become an HR Advisor by the end of the year. I have a 1st class degree in Business with Human Resource Management which is CIPD Level 5 accreditated. Does anyone know of any qualifications or courses I'd need to help me become an HR Advisor?
Also, how do you HR professionals keep up to date with changing employment laws?
