I just found out that I passed my last exam yesterday and I’m now in the process of applying for licensure. I took REG and passed with a 75 about two years ago now. I also took the other 3 around the same time and failed all of them. I tried to fit them all into a semester but that wasn’t realistic for me. Fast forward a year later after I got out of PA and went into industry cont.

Was offered a Senior role and now they are asking if I’d mind the title being Specialist instead of Senior. Job function and comp would be the same. Is the title arbitrary or does one convey a higher position?
