Asking for advice, as an AE selling system integration/application development services, if your quota was 20 million, what would you expect the OTE to be in that case? I know there are a lot of other variables such as base and what not. As an account executive selling services, hitting a 20 million dollar quota, what would you expect the total compensation to be?

When making the Jump from AAE to AE, what should the salary be? How much of a salary increase should I expect if I got promoted within my current agency vs. getting hired as an AE at a different agency. tech account executive offer at 230K base, 150K bonus, stock of 50K for a total OTE of 430K. Seems like a fair offer for tech industry, worried I dont have any sales experience outside of consulting. Anyone ever make the switch to tech sales?

I just received a promo from jr to mid level strategist after 2 yrs, 3 months. Previous to that, I was in account for 2 years. When I made the jump to strategy, salary stayed the same. Now, with this promo, I'm making about the same as I did as a jr strategist with OT (now as mid lvl I wouldn't get OT). Internal moves are the worst here (they did the same thing to me when I went from AAE to AE). Anyone have advice besides leaving (I'm already looking)? Jr (60k + OT, mid 70k no OT)

Currently an Account Executive – stepping up to Senior Account Executive in the next month or so. 3 years experience.
Work at a smaller agency & am fully aware that my current salary is grossly low-balled. Was told to name a number for SAE role, but have no basis for what a 'normal' range looks like for that role.
