Hey some help FB: had to move rooms at a Westin bc the tv was so broken they couldn't figure out how to fix it -- they were nice but is there a way I can at least get points for that and how?

Has anyone successfully negotiated a title? I was looking for Senior Manager positions but applied for some Mgr positions too. I’m up for promo next year at my current job as well. The current industry offer meets my comp expectation but planning to see if they would bring me in as a senior manager.
