I had very positive feedback on my interviews for a S&O role but the team hired someone internally. If I interview again for a differenr role, would I have to do all the interviews again or can I use some of the scores from previous interviews. How do PE firms update the EV on an acquisition? So if they acquire a company in February at $X EV and want to value the company in December, would you just add the EBITDA generated for the rest of the year (March-December) to the original EV?
