How valuable would you say experience with Python and SQL is? (fso business advisory)

Is it okay to wear an N95 mask now?? I know at the beginning all N95s we’re supposed to go to medical personnel, but I recently was given a new one from a friend and want to know if it’s acceptable to wear it, or if I should stick to my cloth mask. Note: don’t comment saying “you don’t need a mask”. I WILL wear my mask outside to keep others and myself safe; I’m just wondering if it’s socially acceptable to start wearing N95s if you have one.

Salary question - am I underpaid? I think I know the answer but I want validation from my peers to make an informed decision. I am an IT project manager with 5 yoe, PMP/CSM certified, government consulting, making 72k in DC. How much should I be making?

Recruiter gives salary range of 130-145k in initial convo. I say under 155k would be hard, he says “$10k higher, that’s doable.” Healthcare at company sucks - so Now want to ask for 160k. Is that ok?
