My company just cancelled my quarterly bonus plan with zero communication. Last Friday, my bonus just didn’t come. My bonus plan represents 20% of my comp, and I am on a 5-figure salary. When I filed a support ticket, they replied with the below message. Aside from get the hell out of here, what can I do?

“For 2026, you no longer have a bonus target; however, to maintain alignment with the Marketing department, the Broad-Based Compensation team will calculate a Q1 bonus.”

I just signed the offer letter from Absolutdata acquired by Infogain , and even before joining the company they sent me a welcome kit.
I am unsure of joining them in case I get a better counter offer, but I am a bit worried now since they already sent me a welcome kit. I am wondering what made them sure that I will join them and not any other company. Is it that after signing offer letter I cannot join other company?
