My current employer date of joining and past employer date of exist is overlapping i have contacted my past employer but they are not changing it. Am having service letter as well. I have onboarded and then got better opportunity then sent mail and informed to manager then left organisation. This will cause any issue in bgv ? If so i can tell know this is reason and for this they can reject my candidature ?

Is it a fail of character leaving biglaw? I want to leave, but despite the constant stress and suffering, I can’t avoid feeling like it’s my fault or that maybe I’m over exaggerating how I feel. All my colleagues feel ridiculously happy, I’m the grinch one that’s never enjoying the grind (but the grind is hard and competitive, very competitive) :( any thoughts?
