My lwd day with current org is 16 march whereas the joining date provided by kpmg is 2 mar. I tried to raise this to HR she mentioned she will discuss with business and she hasn’t reached out since then. It has been a couple of weeks now. Do they allow extension in joining day by a few weeks?
