Can you please help in terms of salary, I can aim for next switch or should continue with the same company as I feel I am underpaid when I see my counterparts. I also take consideration that my skills set is average as a PM and working to match with the market requirements. Tata Consultancy Deloitte Exl Pvt Ltd EY India Accenture

I turned down a 60k offer for Sr Consultant last week. It's quite basic. Half of take home would just go in rent. Then there's food, conveyance, council tax, nhs and so on. Very little room for any savings and definitely lesser than that in India with that package.
Fair deal for younger talent ...use the opportunity n get some exposure... switching is always an option after you gain the needful
Very basic
India salary is far better…
If you want to use this opportunity as a stepping stone.. go for it…London is expensive
Maybe live with roommate to save more
Not as good as your Indian salary. Would suggest decline the offer.
At your age and experience, I would say it's worth doing it. 54k isn't much to be honest but for a single person willing to trade it for exposure, it seems to be a fair deal.
