Two teammates left, and leadership simply “redistributed responsibilities.” Somehow “responsibilities” meant me. I’m doing the work of three people. How do you ask for compensation without sounding threatening?

As a minority candidate, I can't after being fired for trying and ghosted for trying, it's been a nightmare. But I would keep track of your progress and how much work you do and look for another job for security. Its clear your job doesn't care about you.

Highly Technical Market Sell-Off - Though, it has picked up over lunch and I suspect that short term turn is in near. Old floortrader told me once, never trust a market that is making new session highs or lows during lunch. That's not normal. This might not be a normal day; but we do need to rebound to get another opportunity into the short trend. So, count on it. The last draw is more suspect as it hasn't been proven to exist yet. So, we will see how we look when we trade 9855.75 on NQ.

Can anyone of you please help in calculating how much will be my income tax per month(I am availing the Old tax regime)? Different IT calculators show different figures, not sure which is correct :(

And as for the interest amount in the Savings Account and Fixed Deposits, do both fall under "Income from Interest"? Or under "Other Income"? Or does Interest amount in Savings account fall under "Interest from Deposits - 80TTA"?

How long is the current wait time for H4-EAD? My company attorneys are filing my wife's EAD on her behalf but they are saying she would not be able to travel outside US as it will update her i-94 records and it may reault in denial. Is that true?

I have a deadline to respond to a Motion for SMJ in 1 1/2 weeks. I just found out that my grandparents who I haven’t seen since the start of the pandemic will visit this week. I want to spend as much time as possible with them but it will be hard with my response due. I really don’t want to tell the Court that I am seeking an extension for personal reason, what would be a good reason to provide? I clearly don’t want to misstate anything but is there some general, vague language that can be used?

The distance between my wife's location(electronic City wipro) and my location(Whitefield) is around 25km...is it possible to change my office location in banglore to electronic City (thick campus) from Whitefield (anchor building)tcs Bangalore...
