I’m looking for a new job!! It has been impossible to build a good relationship with my manager, he isn’t transparent with me and never provides any constructive feedback so I have no idea how I’m performing. I recently asked for a raise since I completed all my assigned projects for this year plus a few that I took on due to resignations and was denied with no reason. I’m so checked out and looking for a new job and manager that I can learn from and will help me grow, any help is appreciated!

I think I may have undiagnosed ADHD. Have a meeting with a psychiatrist in a couple weeks to do an evaluation and get a professional opinion. Any recommendations on ways to help focus, improve mental clarity throughout the day? I seem to lose focus quick, start a task and get distracted with something else and forget what I was doing in the first place, and zone out during meetings.

Hello Everyone - Looking for advice from Deloitte practitioners! I am a specialist senior at Deloitte, got back from maternity leave in April 2020. I had my offering leader schedule a call with me to notify that I have been rated a low performer because I had 46% utilization and mediocre firm contribution scatterplot. My project scatterplots have been consistently good 5,5(top right) over the last 3 years. Do they not consider these things before rating someone as low? Feeling very low!

I am a consultant on human potential and success, but basically in stocks/binary trades this is mainly why I'm here making connections. Also I am open to find out is there anything we could support each other with. Do you have any experience about binary/stocks trades before? If you don't have any experience about it I will teach you.
