I have $20k in savings, I owe $6,000 to my 401k loan, that’s the only loan I got. I am debt free otherwise except for my house. Should I use my savings to pay off? Since people are talking about unemployment and being fired, I wanted to make sure I have enough, 👩🏾‍💻... What should I do? tips on nailing a mock pitch presentation? to give some context: it is going to be a 10 min pitch with a 10 mins Q&A afterwards. i’ve written out a 1.5 pager sales script but don’t want to be reading it.

i think the idea of a 10 min long mock pitch has gotten me all anxious - or should it be more of an interactive pitch with questions asked to the panelists and the responding ?

I’m in a rather peculiar situation. I have been in the HR field going on 4 years, I have over 11 years of management experience, I got my PHR last year and I recently graduated with my MBA with a concentration in HR this month. I am ready for a more challenging role. However, there doesn’t seem to be much available at my current company. However, I am going on 5 months pregnant with the expectation of being out in October. I feel like once I mentioned my pregnancy I was in a holding pattern.

What’s the best way for someone (entry level) to network or even look for a mentor? Do you guys feel annoyed when someone reaches out to you? What do you feel is the best way to go about it? What should the mentee offer in return? Thank you!

As a student in the final year with professional experience in accounting, i think about dropping into software sales. I got an offer for 68k€ annually (Big4 ususally 55k€ offers). Especially as a young person, i wonder if learning opportunities are good in software sales. What do you think?

It feels like my pay and title are lower than my scope of duties.
