Current role - very stable - 140k Base + 15% Bonus + 3.5% RRSP match+4.5% company contribution to DCPP + 20 day vacation + 2000$ stock option match + 3000$ flex dollars. Currently making 180 TC at a large bank and have an offer from a FAANG for 260 TC. Interviewed for Deloitte S&A Tech Strategy SC and got a verbal offer for Consultant instead. I negotiated the offer to 120K salary and 10K signing bonus. I’m a boomerang with 4 years ERP consulting but this past year I’ve been doing DEI Consulting. Spoke with former colleagues who rejoined Deloitte and got a much higher offer for SC. How do I go back to the recruiter to negotiate further? I suggested that I’d probably sign but need time to think. Now I’d like to go back and request 140k salary.
