Recruiters who have been at this a while, how long does this last? In 2022-2023 the job market was great for people searching for jobs or to make a change, and now every job has over 100 applicants… how long does the competitive market like this usually last before making a change?

How long is the recruitment process from E2E? From first time recruiter reaches out to when you sign offer letter? I know this will vary but very curious because the people I’m interviewing with talk about how long it is a lot

Hi, I have paid medical insurance premium of 27300 in the month of April 2022. My last working day was 17th October. I have talked with finance team, they told me I will get the 27300 rupees on FNF
Today I received mail from KPMG. On FNF , 27300 rupees in not included.

What should I do? Need your help guys!
