Looking for advice- I rented a long term apartment from someone I found on Airbnb, but paid off platform to save everyone fees. The landlord is very professional, responds to issues immediately, but there are a ton of issues (including roaches, broken dishwasher, etc). At what point is it acceptable to try to cancel and get money back? I’m paying way less than other places but the roach problem is just disgusting...
