I would love some addvice and or direction from someone who is well versed in coding. I need a mentor so to speak. LMAO I'm 53 come on someone help and old learn new tricks...thanks

I'm sorry no one responded to you earlier! Python Coding is hard! My son is working on it now. He has groups on Discord that help him with the work, Discord is another platform, like reddit. I can find out the name of the groups if you are still interested! Congrats on that! it's a really hard but impressive thing to learn!

How important is prestige for exit opportunities compared to actual work done? Will a big name firm always trump a smaller less known firm that your average person doesn't know?

How does one decline to give a referral to someone in their network who asked for one? Know somebody who was a basket-case and very unreliable; has now asked me for a referral-I don't want to give it.

Can folks here advise me on what would be a good app to use to create a personal kanan board sort of thing? I essentially want to keep track of various tasks I need to do for a variety of different goals. I keep thinking the tasks board we have in Teams channels would be good if only I had that for personal use.

Really appreciate all inputs. Would like to spend as little money as possible.

I want to know do they take this long to close a position? This opening was posted on 30th Sep.. It's already been 1.5 months. This is when they said the position was urgent!! 🙄
