I just got an offer for a hybrid Product Owner / Scrum Master / Project manager role for a SWD company.

Wonder what I should counter. I have five direct YOE and two indirect.

Base: $145k
Bonus: +10%

It feels a bit low but it’s also more than I make now.

Hi! My title says HR analyst, but I’m really more of a HR Project Manager who focuses on Culture and Organizational Development. I’m in a medium (but rapidly rising) COL area (Raleigh, NC) and trying to find what I’m actually worth in this market as I job search. Most salary sites are very wrong.

Got two offers. A project manager position at a creative agency and a Fintech company. Pay level -creative agency pays only $2000 less but Fintech company clearly states it's a mid senior project manager role whereas the creative agency role doesn't. Does one position look better on resume for next role or it doesn't matter as job and salary is the same. Creative agency will always be fully remote which is nice to reduce daycare and commute and Fintech maybe hybrid once things open up more.

Anyone have insight into a competitive salary for level 603 project manager at JP Morgan Chase? Wealth management side. Do they offer signing bonuses at all?

I'm in talks to be task lead/on-site project manager for a small contractor - non-technical/highly specialized subject matter, 5-10 direct reports. Requires 10 YOE, relevant master's, Top Secret. Any thoughts on salary I should be asking? I'd have to get $220k minimum to make it worth my while to jump, but skeptical they'll be able to offer that.
