How common is it for a Solution Architect (designation Manager) to get 100-200% bonus in PWC India? The base salary being offered is INR 30L per annum. (15 yrs exp. No mba. Returning to India after working in Europe for 5+ yrs.)

Anyone tried to pursue a MBA while working full time and have a toddler? I work in a dying industry and want to jump to tech companies but I don’t know any coding. So I figure getting a MBA could help me switch to a PM route. But I hesitate to quit my current job (I make more than my husband) and I have a 2 year old. Is it doable?

Was previously working as an advisor growing a nice book and left to move 18hrs away to be close to family. I was pregnant and desperate to take what would move us and now I’m a planner working for FAs and I’m making $130k. Was fine at first while I got thru pregnancy but now I’m not happy & regret accepting the job and pay. I’m supporting others who are making 3-4times my salary. I have 10 yrs experience and CFP, often more than FAs I’m helping. Ask for more $$ or start over being an FA?

Law schools in Toronto - I am currently working as a Senior Auditor at EY & finished my CPA modules in less than 12 months & successfully passed CFE, September 2021 (Fasttrack) while working full time. I am really interested in getting into a top law school here in Toronto but unfortunately I had a low CGPA (3.15) from undergrad due to some unfortunate incident, mostly impacted my grades. I strongly feel i can score 170+ on LSAT; question DO I EVEN STAND A CHANCE TO GET INTO ANY LAW SCHOOL

Low billable, low pressure work in patent lit, tech trans or privacy law? Slowly realizing that as my boys get older, the money isn’t worth what I’m missing out on. Currently a patent litigation associate with lots of hearing, depo and trial experience (I’ve appeared on my own at hearings/depos) at a well respected firm. Have my CIPM and CIPP/US /E and /C. Just feeling the burn out; 2000 hours of billables a year just isn’t sustainable for me long term. Money isn’t a huge issue.

I have 10 YOE in Marketing Analytics. Wanted to do something broader, so I did an MBA. Now I have two offers:

1. Strategy & Operations role: TC at 300K

2. Marketing role that’s deep in execution: TC at 220K

With 10 YOE, I’m now more interested in strategy work to see the bigger picture than marketing campaign execution.

But coming from marketing background, I always thought my long-term goal is to be a CMO or CDO.

Is taking the Strategy & Operations role a distraction?

I’ve been considering getting an MBA for awhile now. I have 6 years of experience (in both public accounting and industry), but am burnt out and considering a career change. I also think I’m on the older end (30), so just wondering if pursuing this makes sense or am I kidding myself? Lol

I would appreciate some guidance. Here is the situation. My org is moving towards Agile in the last year or so. To prepare myself for better position- I completed Product owner certification. So in Dec I got a product owner role for a small product. But since its relatively new - my manager and her manager are not yet trained on agile. So along with my role - i also got a deadline for 1st release in about 6 wks - even though I did not have a team - no scrum master or dev team. Cont. in comment

I answered the Manual Testing questions correctly and automation questions fairly. I got a rejection mail from HR as below , Is this the common template for everyone or should I hope for future roles after several months .I am already in notice period and feeling low.
