I am graduating with my MBA in December. I have 1 year experience as an internal business consultant, 3 years experience as a team manager with project management responsibilities and a background in Account Management and Sales prior to all that. I have been on the job hunt for months and haven’t been able to snag a single interview. I’m starting to feel pretty worthless. Does anyone have any suggestions for jobs or companies that may be interested in this type of experience?

I had call with the HR for he position based out of Mumbai everything in interview and they are ready to share the offer. however, I quoted for 10 lakhs and they said for fixed pay of 8.75.
Although, i checked on Google as well average pay they are giving is 9.7 lakh
So should I accept the offer as per their negotiation or shall positively tell them why 10 lakh is justified?

Why are town Hall meetings so impersonal? They are all about awards / the number of people hired. I know FCB health is large, but we never hear from people who aren’t Executives. Last town hall, when discussing inclusion efforts, there were no people of color represented and one of the 4 pillars of diversity was centered around our “reputation as an organization” (that really rubbed me the wrong way). At my last agency those conversations were always led by people of color from every level.

I am so tired of being treated like an assistant and I’m at a loss on how to correct it. My coworkers are generally nice, but while I watch white (usually male) associates at my level or even more junior get substantive work, I’m still receiving administrative tasks as a mid-level. I am trying to justify house buying in HCOL city. The house cost is minimum 1.4m .monthly mortgage would be at least 7k(with just around 2k principal) rest goes to either int,tax. Not to mention regular house maintenance. How is it better than 3.5k rental. I understand appreciation and own house independence. But I am just trying to make numbers work.

I don't know if this is a recent change but I’m seeing postings for junior copywriter/community manager roles. Have these roles always been attached or posted at a junior level? Is this merged role worth considering as someone young in the industry with more traditional intern and freelance copy experience.

Is it a red flag to interview with a potential new agency that I'd have to move to a different state for and they never give you a chance to ask any questions or fly you out to meet in person?

Creative means developing the big idea (concepting), writing scripts and headlines with flair, etc.) for an awareness "hook" and then the other camp, which includes brochures, one pagers, banner ads, sales sheets.
