There were days last year where I felt like all I did is classroom management. I was constantly redirecting, stay on task, get to work, It’s like every task in my room was a total challenge. They would do anything they could to not do what had been laid out for them . I felt like it was never ending, I grew tired of hearing myself talk. No amount of rewards really affected them.
