If people feel too busy to even think about their wellbeing, that’s a pretty loud signal that something’s off. One of the biggest hurdles I’ve seen is inconsistent leadership support... some leaders really get it, but others treat wellbeing like a nice-to-have instead of a priority. That gap makes it hard to create lasting change.
Upper management refuses to believe anything found in surveys. They always have a weak justification to shrug off people feeling stressed so that they don't have to put any money into it. I want to make things better for the employees, but my hands are tied.
