Does anybody have experience working at Onfido?

Started my career at Lockheed right after college with a bachelor's in mechanical eng. After 2 years I got promoted to level 2. I have 4 years of experience overall at LM. My comp ratio is right below mid making about 96k. I have been rated "exceeded" for all my time at LM. I'm in PA. Am I being underpaid? Sometimes when I see some of the TC's on here I feel like I chose the wrong field.

Depends who else is on the call. (Which you might not see).
I’m leaning towards the idea that they want to know your input on the onboarding process as a whole.
It depends on how the meetings are set up. If they want you to see who is on the call, there will be required and optional folks. If they don’t want you to see the invited folks, there will be a separate invite with the other folks and you won’t see that.
If it were a performance related issue, your manager would be the one to schedule the meeting and HR would not be on the invite; they would just jump in once the meeting has started. Since HR is the one scheduling the call you should be good.
You could just ask them?
