I completed my first round interview with wipro. I belive I didn't perform well at interview and left interview in middle as my manager in current company ringing phone constantly . But suprisingly after a week I got call from recruiter stating 1st interview is cleared and there is a HR round without any L2 round. How important is campus design and office aesthetic, and general internal branding and experience to you when choosing a job? To me it matters a lot in terms of experience of it but also because it tends to show how forward thinking the company is.
