What kind of Approval HR is taking to release an offer letter , I had my HR telephonic round 3 weeks back , If I reach out to her , she just says waiting for Approval ! please help

The same usual bonus for EY India folks. Doesn't at all add up to the chest thumping we do as a practice during the town halls.

I left Deloitte month but i have not received any full and final settlement and release documents. How much time does it take for Deloitte to process. My concern is with release documents more after resignation I have not received any email from Deloitte on my personal ID in next organisation i need releasing letter.
