You can calculate assuming there will be no tax deduction. Only deduction will be PF and I believe they might have included gratuity and health insurance premium as well as part of CTC . So 1 lakh minus monthly PF minus (gratuity+health insurance)/12 will be your monthly in hand.

still there’s not a single good word spoken for me from her side. we do not have any understanding between us, i come from a conservative middle class family, even though i earn well and life is not difficult for me, i live way below my belt.
