Hi Fishes, Im currently working as a data engineer for a multi national telecommunication company. I got an offer to work with Capco for a leading UK bank.
Current ctc: 18LPA + expecting a end of year hike of minimum 8%
Offered ctc: 25LPA
I would like to know if the switch would be worth in terms of stability, WLB, growth.

How do you continue to improve yourself after putting in 50-70 hrs of work a week?

What is avg. salary paid to a lead (manager level- 7+YOE) at Bain? Also how’s the WLB?

How many hours a week do you ACTUALLY work?

How are TAC hours? How is work life balance and flexibility?

How is the work life balance for manager in Axtria?

Should I take more initiative? It’s my stub year and I’m getting worried. My hours have been super low the past two months, I’m talking like maybe billing 3-4 hours a day and billing no hours on multiple days. I ask for work but the tasks I get don’t require a lot of time. Should I be reaching out more?

I got an offer from Telstra, I have 7.5 yrs of exp., please guide me how's working at Telstra, in terms of wlb .

And job security, as there are lots of new about lay offs in the industry from product based organisations mainly, will Telstra be safe to join.

I know I'm in the minority here (and I swear this isn't a brag) but is anyone else less stressed this busy season working from home, and finding issues focusing because of it? My work is getting done, but just very very slowly. I'm able to sleep throughout the night and not wake up early (which is a huge negative right now) and literally feel no need to stay glued to my computer as in prior years. Am I broken?

I’m looking to get into the banking world. I have 3 yoe in FinTech as an analyst and a manager. I’m interested in becoming an analyst at JP Morgan or Raymond James. Hi All, Any update on CTS work from home extension?

I passed out in 2013 and started job in 2015 on contractual basis till mid 2017 and during this Many payroll companies changed for that particular contract and in this duration my PF, tax didn't deduct and no record in PF portal. Then joined Infosys in mid 2017. So now wanted to know can I show my experience from 2017 to apply in companies as for bgv many companies ask for PF statement or form 16 for all previous companies. How should I deal for 4 years gap if i show exp. from 2017 ?
