What work skills do you have that your job title doesn’t even hint at?

I'm currently based in Dallas looking to leave consulting for an internal tech strategy, Product Manager, or Tech Program manager role with 170k base. Has anyone had any luck in finding a well paying job in the DFW area? Any advise, suggestions, or leads on companies / industries?

I thought I had figured out how to mostly manage being an introvert and doing this work. Then I went from a project of 15 core stakeholders to one with 45… 🙃🤬😱

Anyone have any advice for someone interested in getting an MBA to either go in-house or break into securities litigation. 5th year associate here.

Contemplating going freelance in the next year or two but want to be somewhat aware of what I’d be jumping into. What are some pros and cons to the freelance life?

Hey all, Happy Monday. Curious for feedback on how you've seen severance offers approached.

My prior companies have always been what I thought of as average: min of 2 weeks plus extra week for every year for ICs, min of 4 weeks plus extra week for every year for managers, etc. for Directors & beyond.

Current co refuses to offer more than 1-2 weeks, max. I had to go to bat recently for a 3 year + manager level only to get 3 weeks and my leadership team is NOT happy with me.
