When you take a week or more off from work, what does it look like when you get back? I'm on my vacation, worrying about how much work I'll have to get back to, and I wish I knew a better work-transfer procedure. Would love to hear any ideas that have worked for you on managing workload when you're taking time off.

I’m an early startup having raised a bit of money from family and friends to help grow my business. Time is moving fast and I’m potties I won’t hit my targets and being the return back to those who invested.
Once I have used the money that’s been invested there’s no way of seeing it again and still bringing the return quick enough.

The numbers still show it’s possible, I still believe in the concept and I’m still growing, I think I just have some imposter syndrome.

Any advice?
