I get a lot of my work clothes at Ann Taylor Factory. Normal prices aren’t that great but they run big sales often so sign up for their emails and only buy during a sale.
Honestly you can get a ton of nice work stuff at big discounts on resale platforms like the RealReal or Rent the Runway’s annual sales - I hate spending more than I need to on work clothes (I already spend so much time there!) so it always gives me joy when a partner who makes 7x my salary compliments me on something I’ve thrifted, rented, or bought from resellers
I’m not kidding - these are life changing subscriptions that range from 99-150/month
Macys, homegoods and Nordstrom
I really like Quince for good office basics
Nordstrom Rack! Aritzia too. Being really thoughtful about which staples to invest in can also help
Try a clothing subscription like Nuuly or Armoire
Second nuuly! Nice to try things out, and you can buy it if you like. Find someone with a referral code too to save a bit the first month. I also like quince.

Banana Republic Outlet
If your office is on the less formal side, Shopbop. They have two day free shipping and returns so it’s easy to figure out my size and what styles I like in different brands, then go hunting for deals on stuff I liked.
Summersalt has surprisingly appropriate tops/sweaters and recurring sales.
I get all my slacks from old navy when they’re on sale. Pixie skinny cut.
