I still haven’t been back in the office once yet.
Same.
I currently only go back 1 day a week. I think level of flexibility depends on your group. I’d ask your hm what the team currently does and what direction his leaders are heading with it
I’m in the Texas office. It’s not too bad. It’s open seating in our area, and you have to book your seats each time. Our group has a neighborhood we book in, so we’re still sitting together. It’s not too crowded yet, so it’s fine for me for once a week
Pre-COVID 3 days in office each week was the standard for Citi. We’ve been told for two years that remote work would never be a permanent option. I’ve also heard that unvaccinated coworkers will be sent back to the office later this year too. If you’re considering an offer from Citi, ask for info on the insurance premiums. They’re pretty expensive and can take up 1/4 to 1/3 of any salary increase you’re getting in the offer.
