I get it done twice a year. Amazing exfoliation and makes my skin brighter. Also helps bring impurities to the surface, and allows product to penetrate more deeply into the skin. If you have an event, I'd get it done no later than 3 days in advance to allow the redness to dissipate.
I think it’s ok but it’s only surface level and doesn’t last. I think micro needling has had a significant impact and is a lot more effective for over all skin.
There's no pain. The needles don't go deep. I personally don't like needles but it was nice. Sort of felt massaging. Like a light plumping.

Dermaplaning is so much better and also removes the baby hairs. It doesn't hurt. I do it every quarter
