Going through interviews for a capital excellence associate. I'm a Mechanical engineer/certified construction manager, have managed over $350M in capital design and construction spending over a 8 year career. No master's, undergrad in Mech E from a good engineering school (Stevens) but not a true "target". My research looks like base/bonus/sign on of 165/35/30 for this type of role. Sound accurate to anyone who can hypothesize on this?
TIA.
Hey guys. Pivoting back into finance after managing for a Fortune 500 company. Previously held the series 7 & 63. I’m looking for a referral for Morgan Stanley. I have already completed the first assessment and video interview. Cold email and have a response from Associate Complex Manager. It just would be a dream come true to work for this amazing company!!
Accenture KPMG My wife is currently interviewing for an associate/ assistant manager at accenture and a senior associate at kpmg. Both would be in the consulting arms, HR software implementations. Any thoughts on how the levels compare between the two or other advice picking between them? Also what is a typical signing bonus offered at that level?
She's currently preparing for final round with both early next week.
I supposed to have two separate interview for a Business Analyst role at Deloitte tomorrow with two different Manager and I was very excited about the opportunity. My recruiter even contacted me in the morning to confirm about the interview tomorrow!
All of a sudden she emailed me back and said the interview has been cancelled due to the position has been closed. That’s so disappointing from Deloitte! I was really looking forward to this role. I don’t if that’s normal but wasn’t expecting!
Hey Everyone, I’m currently a professional in school and I have applied as an Executive Business Administrator for Microsoft and I have made it to 3 final interview loops but was not selected because they went with candidates with more experience. I have 2 years in the legal field and I have applied as a paralegal to Microsoft and Facebook, could anyone connect me to the hiring manager for the paralegal roles for both companies?

Is it worth taking a GCP TAM role as an L4 with 8 YOE. I made Manager at Deloitte last year and have worked in cloud consulting for the last 5 years, I had made it very clear to the recruiter that I’m looking for an L5 and even with interviews going really well they came back with you would be really strong at L4 so we recommend going into HC with that. Feeling very demotivated and frustrated tbh because after all the effort I’ll have to start where juniors with 4 YOE are staring at GCP Google
