What percentage of hike should we expect while being promoted from IN3 to IN4 at Walmart India?

I revised my CTC from JPMC before joining. Now in 1-1 discussion my manager told very nice things about me but also told me that my CTC is already above market standards for my experience and tech stack. He told that they won't be able to justify my pay and gave me SOO. How much is the hike and bonus for SOO rating?
