I'm currently in the process of moving our creative and marketing teams from AT to Monday.
I don't know what your workload is, but if you need assistance, I've found some great people on Fiver that can assist with small build outs. If you're building out yourself, I think any build out you can do in Monday you can do a version of in AT. So it might be worth exploring the work flow first and finding examples of that despite the exact system. Hope that makes sense
Yes I have. Works great in a lot of ways like a fancy version of Google Sheets or Excel. I did find it frustrating though that there’s limitations on editing and publishing. I’m not sure if I would run campaigns through it though - as MC1 says - depends on your workflow requirements. Might be nice for one campaign to track status of multiple assets though. This is how I’ve seen it best used - over 50 items pulled together in one place with the, status, location of files etc.

Currently my team is trying to using it across the board from sales to production to post. However none of the tabs speak to each other so all the data always needs to be re-entered for a project in each department tab. Would love to see examples of how people are setting up their projects! It feels really timeconsuming at the moment. I feel like there are automations my team are overlooking.
Airtable is a really robust database and we use it for all kinds of things. We switched to it a year ago and won’t go back. That said, we use the fully paid version so have all functionalities… the lesser and free tiers are ok until you start to really rely on it. Excellent help and tutorials available. Use Fiver to inexpensively hire experts to set up more involved templates.
Christy Van House we would br interested in talking with your Fiver consultant
We do. All of us like it since it's not that complicated. Are you planning to use it too?
