How to become account payable and accounts Receivable analyst in R to R vertical as I have a banking background related to credit and I want to change my domain.

The GT Indus offer mentions up to 20% variable pay. Have there been cases where the payout went beyond this? At EY, for example I received 25% against a 10% variable mentioned in offer letter.
