Hi everyone, I need some advice.

I currently have two offers with similar CTC — one from TCS and another from HashedIn by Deloitte. In TCS, I’m getting a higher fixed in-hand salary, while HashedIn’s offer has a larger portion as performance-based bonus.

I’m a bit confused about which one to choose. Should I go for the higher guaranteed in-hand (TCS), or consider HashedIn for potential growth despite the variable component?

Would really appreciate your suggestions.

I am considering an offer for an AE role (UK-LDN) where the base is £42k & OTE is £70k. The Regional GM has verbally promised to move it up to £50k base if I perform well during the probationary period, but I can’t have it in writing on the contract. I’ve tried to counter offer but they said I’m currently maxing the salary band (L4). This role is exciting as I’d be the first UK employee, doing the full sales cycle & more but I had the same base and ote as an SDR. Is it too low? Do I take it?

How long it does take to have offer letter in EY

Hi Deloitte india(office of the US) buddies,

I have got Pre hire survey 10 days back from D (requesting for payslip upload and CTC sheet upload) but I haven't heard back anything after that from them. I have a joining into accenture in next 10 days.

Am I being still considered by D (if not I will atleast join acc) , if so how long it will it take from Pre hire survey to offer release usually in D (for consultant position ) ??

My YOE is 4 years. Pls guide me folks....
