I was contacted by a third-party recruiter for a job opening in Deloitte. I cleared 2 technical rounds and shared documents (payslip, compensation). It’s been a week, and the only update is that the process is ongoing.

Is this normal? Has anyone faced a similar situation with Deloitte or via third-party recruiters? How did it turn out?

Feeling a bit anxious, so any insights or experiences would really help.

I received an offer from big 4 with 60% hike. My managers wants to retain and I asked them to match if you want me to be retained.
Now I got a call from GPM yesterday. He used harsh words like "being greedy" "selfish" etc and offered me 30% in the end.
I politely declined but he asked me to reconsider as he said "it would be unfair for the org for you to leave so soon."

Let me know a proper response.
