Hi Folks recently I was laid off as a Tax analyst at EY, I have close to 2 YOE specializing in US and UK individual tax ,got a referral for the exact same role at Deliotte USI but the status is reflecting as "review in progress" from past 15 days I haven't received any call. Does this usuallly mean a recruiter is actively vetting the profile, or is it a sign of a hiring freeze/bottleneck? any recent USI tax hiring timelines would be a huge help. Thanks !

Hey fishes. I have been offered Management Consultant role with CTC break up in terms of JB, RB, fixed and variable. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? Also, will claimable components like LTA, mobile bill reimbursement etc. be in addition to this fixed component or will they be included in it?

Just switched to a gud org with gud perk,pay,project work but My boss is the epitome of a**h*** reasons-
Onboarded me on a huge project (12 phase proj) with no KT, only gave docs to read from.
He was handling this proj till phase 4 but has completely withdrawn out without proper transition.
I cannot make decisions and my decisions are overridden by him.

I have got Pre hire survey 10 days back from D (requesting for payslip upload and CTC sheet upload) but I haven't heard back anything after that from them. I have a joining into accenture in next 10 days.
