PCC was offering $135k to Sr. PMs back in 2019. How do I know ..becuase I interviewed for the role.

And here we are. 5 years and $138k starting salary for a Group PM. Shame on you PCC. Healthcare software is a major money minting business and yet, you choose to lowball your potential employees.

PCC is staffed with immigrant talent and this is exactly the kind of company that immigrants should avoid.

This is exactly the kind of the kind of "PM" roles to stay away from....this is basically a glorified JIRA ticket administrator role. The rate quoted here is pretty abysmal too for the asks - develop vision , strategy, expert stakeholder management ...lol ...for $65/hour. But, the sad truth is that the flood of labour in white collar roles will only further depress wages.

"Program level management experience"....this is basically a project management role with a dash of jira ticketing
