After 8 months, finally received a job offer! 😄 Compensation is fair and pretty much I’m happy with the package and believe there is nothing for me to negotiate, my only concern is the group health benefits. The offer mention: “Extended health: 100% employer paid premium” but I’m wondering if extended health includes my husband? The previous 2 jobs I had, included him but wasn’t mentioned in the offer either. Is family included automatically in Canada insurance plans?

Working on a divorce where the father is claiming that he is unemployed because of the previous administration’s actions with DACA (he was brought to the States as a child). I know that the memo rescinding DACA was ultimately vacated—but OC is unsure whether this would count as voluntary unemployment for child support purposes. I believe it does as the application period to renew DACA benefits was reopened in 2020. Thoughts?

In the background check application I listed my previous employers - Cognizant/Teksystems etc but my resume only had the client names I worked at . Does this pose a problem if Deloitte HR compares my resume to the background check form ?
