Laid off. Only income in the house. Two kids. Lots of unemployed creatives in NYC right now. Please pray for me.

Yeah. So glad you made this fishbowl. I’ve considered leaving this industry in general... i just find it hard to find good ppl. “Bad company corrupts goods morals” (might be butchering).

Hey, I would like to ask you guys to pray for me for a new job. This one is making me work almost every weekend and my wife and kids are really sad with this.

Thoughts about starting an agency with a mission statement that talks about God? Gives a great reason to be but might put a ceiling on it?

Went to Hillsong NYC today. It was unbelievable. Feel renovated! God is good! Love that place!

It has been hard to find a church in NYC where your friends with kids around 12yo are not moving to somewhere else.

Need prayer. I’m stretched very thin between work and home. If I stay late, I get crap from my spouse. If I go home on time, I get crap at work and things blow up. I can’t do this anymore.

I had a crush on a creative partner a while ago and the only reason I could get out of that is because I have a strong marriage. Thanks God is over now. But this industry have too many offerings...

My boss asked me to come on the weekend. I said I have service on Sunday to attend. He said he knew I was a Christian. Feels good

Who else is the only one that never used drugs in the entire agency ?

Recently, my agency decided to do pro-bono work that I feel goes against the Word. We’re a smaller agency so it’s all hands on deck. But I can’t get behind the work. Has anyone else dealt with this?

My agency is all about booze and drugs.

I thought I was choosing a career path, not a nightclub.

I don’t know about you guys, but I feel that everything is negative in this industry. The only solution people have for the problems at work is drinking and complaining. Who else is sick of that?
