Are exclusive social clubs in DC worth the money? I just realized how expensive it is after going through the whole application process ($4k initiation fee and $3.5k annual membership fee). Initially I was interested because I wanted to meet new people and make friends but not sure if it’s worth that much money. Does Equinox or any other clubs offer any similar social events?

Hey guys, so I have competing offers. One at Bank of America for 124, and one at Allspring for 110.

Does anybody work at Allspring? They did not provide any information regarding benefits, 401k match, or any annual bonus structure. I was told, verbally, that the Bank of America bonus is something like 15 to 20%, but nothing in writing.

Just wondering if anyone has any knowledge about compensation structure at Allspring, or any opinions on the culture there. I would be in Charlotte.

I’ve spoken about my faith to work people more than I ever have in my 20 year career. In such a dark time, what a light prayer can be for our coworkers and clients.

I’m a first generation professional and have been in this industry for only a few years. Anyone have an suggestions for dealing with discouragement and burnout? It’s been challenging trying to maintain career optimism and figure out my career with little guidance while also trying to be an encouragement to burnt out colleagues when I’m already feeling weary.

It has been hard to find a church in NYC where your friends with kids around 12yo are not moving to somewhere else.

Went to Hillsong NYC today. It was unbelievable. Feel renovated! God is good! Love that place!

I feel it helps me stand out but am also worried some may judge me helping others through my church with being anti- this or that.
