Turkey Sloppy Joes with garlic mayo, topped with fried onions and Dave’s Devil Spit pickle chips. Made my own sloppy joe sauce and it’s way better than dumping a can of Manwich on it. My favorite is to slice up raw potatoes and toss with olive oil and some dry spices and throw in the air fryer. They turn out really great.

I recently started a cookbook cooking group. We meet monthly and choose a cookbook to cook from. Each person chooses 1-2 recipes and then we cook together and enjoy each others company. This month was Ina Garten’s Go to Dinners and we stuck with vegetarian dishes. Next month we’re making fresh pasta, ravioli & gnocchi!
