One of my faves in the rotation! This Branzino dish is so easy to make. Season fish with salt and pepper, and stuff it with lemon and onion slices. Bake for 12 mins at 400°f then broil on high for 3 mins to get the charred skin. The ladolemono sauce is just a mix of olive oil, lemon juice, dry oregano, garlic and S&P.
