Have come across this interesting post on Reddit and myself get to face such seniors who only get paid because of their experience years but they hardly do any work for their paycheck.
Often some of them are extremely bad at work and they use their hierarchy level to spawn their works on juniors just to cover their incapability. Want to know what truly happens on other side. Please share your thoughts.
