How much CTC should a 1 year experience guy in information security analyst expect when doing job change? For how much percent he should negotiate ?

I am a PIO at a state agency and I’ve been thinking about applying to the FEMA reservist. Does anyone have experience with doing this while also being employed for a state agency? Is that a normal route to take or is there another way to gain more experience with disaster/crisis communications?

I hate Mother’s Day. My mom was abusive, manipulative, and an all around terrible person growing up. Not much has changed.
